In the 71st minute Chivas USA midfielder Jesus Padilla scored the equalizing goal with a header off of a corner kick. Padilla was left totally unmarked in the box and scored with ease. Goalkeeper Tally Hall could do nothing to save the shot and was quick to get after his defense.
After allowing an easy goal like that, it looks like Houston could practice their marking on set pieces.
