James Spurns Cleveland, Joins Heat

LeBron James announced to the world on Thursday night that he intends to play for the Miami Heat next season. Free agents Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade have also pledged to join the Heat – the only thing standing in their way is the paperwork.

It remains to be seen what kind of role players Pat Riley and the Heat will be able to place around the ‘new Big 3.’ However, if the Heat are able to trade away Michael Beasley and his giant contract, they should be able to find suitable players who will want to win a championship.

How does this affect the Rockets? Tune in to SB Nation Houston tomorrow for a breakdown.
