Texas A&M Vs. Texas Tech: Aggies Hold Red Raiders To Another Field Goal, Lead 45-33

Stay connected for news and updates

The Texas Tech Red Raiders have been stifled when they get into the Texas A&M Aggies side of the field and have been held to four field goals on the night. Even with the multiple field goals instead of touchdowns, the game is not over since Texas Tech has the ability to score quickly.

Texas A&M responded to Texas Tech's touchdown which cut the lead 38-30 by scoring on a six play drive that took only 1:39 of the clock to go up 45-30 on a 5-yard touchdown reception by Michael Lamothe. On the ensuing kick off by Texas A&M they allowed Texas Tech to return the ball to midfield, but the Texas A&M defense held up again and held Texas Tech to a 30 yard field goal that hit the upright and then went through to cut the lead to 45-33.
