Texans Injury Report, Week 17: Houston's Walking Wounded Getting Healthier

One of the few luxuries the 2011 NFL season has afforded to the Houston Texans, a team with a stupendous number of injuries, is a stretch of virtually meaningless games; the Texans clinched the AFC South weeks ago, and with little chance of rising to the No. 1 or No. 2 seed and less chance of falling to the No. 4 seed, they have been throttling down since, in the hopes of getting healthy for the first playoff appearance in franchise history.

It's working: though the Texans still have a number of players on the Week 17 injury report ahead of their Sunday game with the Tennessee Titans, the lion's share are listed as probable, including both T.J. Yates and Andre Johnson.

Here's the rest of the Texans injury report for Week 17:

OUT: G Mike Brisiel (ankle), CB Sherrick McManis (ankle), S Troy Nolan (ankle).

DOUBTFUL: none.

QUESTIONABLE: none.

PROBABLE: CB Jason Allen (thumb), DT Shaun Cody (knee), DT Earl Mitchell (knee), C Chris Myers (knee), T Derek Newton (knee), T Eric Winston (calf), QB T.J. Yates (right shoulder), TE Owen Daniels (knee), TE Joel Dreessen (knee), WR Andre Johnson (hamstring), WR Bryant Johnson (thigh), WR Jeff Maehl (hamstring).
