Longhorns, Aggies, Cougars Mentioned In SB Nation's Top 100 College Football Games Of The 2011 Season

The Texas Longhorns, Texas A&M Aggies and the Houston Cougars were all represented in SB Nation's 100 best college football games of the 2011 season.

Houston-area college football teams were well represented in a countdown of the 100 best college football games of the 2011 season, which were compiled and ranked by SB Nation's Bill Connelly.

The Houston Cougars, Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M Aggies were all represented and the countdown included games such as:

  • No. 91: Texas' 27-25 win over Texas A&M on Nov. 24
  • No. 65: Texas A&M's 31-38 loss to Missouri on Oct. 29
  • No. 64: Houston's 73-34 win over Rice on Oct. 27
  • No. 57: Houston's 28-49 loss to Southern Miss in the Conference USA Championship on Dec. 3
  • No. 24: Texas A&M's 38-42 loss to Arkansas on Oct. 1
  • No. 22: Houston's 35-34 win over Louisiana Tech on Sept. 17
  • No. 19: Texas A&M's 50-53 loss to Kansas State on Nov. 12
  • No. 17: Texas A&M's 29-30 loss to Oklahoma State on Sept. 24
