Plenty of other Texans were limited in Thursday's practice as Houston prepares for the surging Chicago Bears.

The Texans could be without starting tight end Owen Daniels, nose tackle Shaun Cody and back-up running back Ben Tate as they head to the Windy City to face the Chicago Bears who are riding a six game winning streak.

Daniels sat out of Thursday's practice with a back injury while Cody stayed on the sidelines with banged-up ribs. Tate's hamstring continues to bother him so he was held out of Thursday's practice.

A long list of other players were limited in practice for the Texans on Thursday. Wide receiver Kevin Walter was limited with a groin injury but after being held out of practice Wednesday is improving. Fullback James Casey was limited in practice with an undisclosed illness. A number of players on defense were also limited for the Texans including defensive end Antonio Smith who is dealing with an ankle injury. Cornerbacks Johnathan Joseph and Brice McCain were also limited in practice quadricep and knee injuries respectively.
