The Houston Dynamo and Toronto FC played to a 3-3 draw Wednesday night at Robertson Stadium. Toronto took a 3-1 lead at halftime, but Houston drew even late thanks to two goals by Will Bruin in the 73rd and 90th minute of the game.
Toronto FC scored first off a Jeremy Hall goal past Tally Hall in the 13th minute. The Dynamo tied the game seven minutes later off a Bobby Boswell header assisted by Brad Davis off the corner kick.
Unfortunately, the tie didn't last long. Two minutes later, Danny Kovermans put Toronto back up 2-1. Kovermans headed in his second goal of the match in the 45th minute to give Toronto a 3-1 lead at halftime.
Then Will Bruin gave the Dynamo some life, finding the top right corner of the goal off Davis' second assist of the night. The equalizer came on a close-range header, this time assisted by Geoff Cameron.
The Dynamo held possession for 64 percent of the match, but notched just four shots on goal to five for Toronto.
