Texas A&M Football Recruiting 2013: Aggies Ranked No. 6 By ESPN

The 2013 football recruiting class for Texas A&M has been strong so far, and they can thank the move to the SEC for their strong crop of players. So far the Aggies have 21 verbal commits which include a dozen three-star prospects, five players in ESPN's top-150 rankings and six more in their top-300.

Both sides of the ball has some great verbal commits, but the offense looks to have more playmakers. In the latest recruiting rankings by ESPN they have the Aggies as currently ranked with the No. 6 overall class:

Offensively, there may not be a more dynamic pass-catching duo than four-star prospects Derrick Griffin and LaQuvionte Gonzalez. Griffin, at 6-foot-6 and 217 pounds, uses his 40-plus-inch vertical leap to his advantage. Gonzalez, a high jumper when he's not playing football, has incredible speed and runs with long strides. QBs Kohl Stewart and Kenny Hill are winners and should be physical and vocal leaders for the offense. Look for durable RB James White to surprise a few people in the Aggies' backfield, as well.
