The defending SEC Champions are predicted to be perfect in regular season play - just like last season - as LSU tries to shake the ghosts of 2011 with a national title in 2012.

Despite being blown out in the national title game just five months ago, LSU has "enjoyed" an offseason as the 2012 favorite to win it all in Miami next January. The earliest betting line we know of, courtesy of gambling web site Beyond The Bets, has just been released for the entire SEC schedule. Not surprisingly, the Tigers are predicted to go 8-0 in conference play, and will have a three-point edge at home against Alabama in November:

Week 4: LSU (-7.5) vs. Auburn

Week 6: LSU (-4) vs. Florida

Week 7: South Carolina vs. LSU (-10)

Week 8: LSU (-11.5) vs. Texas A&M

Week 10: Alabama vs. LSU (-3)

Week 11: Mississippi State vs. LSU (-20)

Week 12: Ole Miss vs. LSU (-31)

Week 13: LSU (-3.5) vs. Arkanasas
