2012 British Open Leaderboard: Bubba Watson Making Strong Charge In Round 3

Stay connected for news and updates

Round 3 of the 2012 British Open is underway on Saturday, and Bubba Watson is in the midst of making a solid run. He's shooting 2-under through his first 15 holes, moving up 14 spots for an overall score of -2 and a tie for 14th place. Watson was having a significantly stronger day before a double bogey on hole 15 dropped him several places. He'll need some help from the leaders to move up any further, though, with Brandt Snedeker (-10) and Adam Scott (-9) teeing off at 9:20 a.m. CT.

Local product Bob Estes is struggling in the third round, shooting 5-over on the day through 15 holes. He's dropped 31 places so far into a tie for 71st place. He currently stands at +6 in the tournament after shooting a 69 in the first round and a 72 in the second.
