Andre Johnson is banged up already and Keshawn Martin is making a name for himself.

Discussion about the Houston Texans' wide receivers begins and ends with Andre Johnson's health, both for the team and for fantasy football purposes. Some on-field action from the stud wide receiver would help, but after one preseason game we've yet to see that.

Johnson sat out the team's first preseason game against the Carolina Panthers with a groin injury, but he's expected to play Saturday against the San Francisco 49ers. It likely won't be for long, though, because the team wants to be careful with its best offensive player.

FakeTeams.com still sees Johnson as a No. 1 wide receiver and a Top 20 player overall.

Meanwhile, rookie receiver Keshawn Martin is emerging as the favorite for the slot job (behind Johnson and fellow starter Kevin Walter), which will have fantasy implications. Even with a healthy Matt Schaub, though, the Texans have become much more of a run-first team. So outside of a healthy Johnson, there isn't a top-tier fantasy receiver on the roster right now. Obviously another prolonged injury to Johnson would boost Walter's and Martin's value, so they could be good targets late in your drafts.

Looking for a sleeper at tight end? FakeTeams.com likes Owen Daniels.
