2013 Senior Bowl Watch List: Aggies Lead All Texas Schools With Four Named

Stay connected for news and updates

On Thursday, the Senior Bowl released its first ever watch list of players that could compete in the annual all-star game. The Texas A&M Aggies lead all Texas schools on the list with four players named.

Led by linebacker Sean Porter, the list also names cornerback Dustin Harris, running back Christine Michael and wide receiver Ryan Swope. Porter was previously named to the Nagurski Award pre-season watch list, representing the nation's top defender, while Michael is on the watch list for the Maxwell Award, to represent the nation's top player.

The Aggies are prepping for their first season as members of the SEC, the conference that led all with 71 players on the Senior Bowl watch list, far ahead of the Big 10, which finished in a distant second at 46 players.

The Senior Bowl is the most prestigious of college football all-star games and features NFL coaches, scouts and talent evaluators all in attendance to prepare for the NFL Draft.
