Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley have finalized the rosters for their respective Rising Stars Game squads.
Portland Trail Blazers rookie Damian Lillard was the first of 20 players selected for the 2013 NBA Rising Stars game. Shaquille O'Neal also landed Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving with the third pick.
Whereas Shaq loaded up on guards early, Charles Barkley's strategy apparently included taking top big men, as he made New Orleans Hornets center Anthony Davis the top pick for his squad (No. 2 overall) and tabbed Kenneth Faried of the Denver Nuggets with his next selection.
