Houston Astros Vs. Cincinnati Reds: Saturday Probables, Game Preview, TV Info

Stay connected for news and updates

The Houston Astros will look to win their third straight game on Saturday, as they continue their series against the Cincinnati Reds.

Lucas Harrell (1-1, 3.97 ERA) gets the start for the Astros. Harrell has been Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde so far this year. In his second start against the Miami Marlins, Harrell surrendered four runs in four innings, and in his most recent start, Harrell gave up five runs in five innings against the Brewers. In his first start, Harrell didn't give up a run against the Rockies in seven innings, and in his third start, he gave up just one run over 6.2 innings against the Nationals.

Houston's offense will face off against Johnny Cueto (2-0, 1.78 ERA). Cueto has been very effective so far this year, holding hitters to a .229 average against while striking out 19 in 25.1 innings on the young season.

Carlos Lee, who sprained his ankle in Friday night's win over Cincinnati, will likely not be in the lineup. Manager Brad Mills said that Lee will need two days off, but that X-rays were negative.

First pitch is scheduled for 3:10 p.m. CT. Televised coverage can be found locally on Fox Sports Houston, and the game can be heard on the radio over on KTRH 740.
