Astros Vs. Pirates: Several Changes (Praise God) In Pittsburgh's Lineup For Saturday

Stay connected for news and updates

Hopefully the Houston Astros and the Pittsburgh Pirates can be less anemic on Saturday. The two teams managed just eight hits combined in the Astros 1-0 win on Friday. Brian Bogusevic scored the only run of the contest as Justin Maxwell inexplicably grounded into a double play.

The Pirates were shut out by an exquisite pitching performance by four Astros hurlers, can they turn it around on Saturday? Casey McGehee has replaced Garrett Jones at first base, Michael McKenry takes over behind the plate for Rod Barajas and Nate McLouth has been replaced by Yamalco Navarro in the outfield.

Here is the Pirates lineup in full, the Astros lineup will be posted momentarily. Stay tuned.

1. Jose Tabata (R) LF
2. Neil Walker (S) 2B
3. Andrew McCutchen (R) CF
4. Pedro Alvarez (L) 3B
5. Casey McGehee (R) 1B
6. Yamaico Navarro (R) RF
7. Clint Barmes (R) SS
8. Michael McKenry (R) C
9. Charlie Morton (R) P
