Brewers Vs. Astros Final Score: Milwaukee Pounds Jordan Lyles, Win 13-4

Another day, another loss for the 2012 Houston Astros -- and it was another bad loss for the former NL Central powerhouse Astros. Jordan Lyles surrendered nine runs (seven earned) over five innings, as the Milwaukee Brewers routed the Astros on Wednesday afternoon, 13-4, completing the three-game sweep.

The Astros actually led early in the game, jumping out to a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning when Brett Wallace hit his first of two home runs on the day. Unfortunately for the Astros, it was all Brew Crew from that point forward.

Cesar Izturis reached on an infield single in the fourth -- and an error by Jose Altuve helped both Ryan Braun and Corey Hart score, giving the Brewers a 3-2 lead.

Milwaukee would score six times in the fifth inning, highlighted by a two-run homer by Rickie Weeks. Izturis also homered in the frame.

Ryan Braun added a home run of his own in the sixth inning, while Jonathan Lucroy homered in the seventh.

Wallace added his second homer, a two-run jack, in the eighth inning, bringing the score to 13-4.

Mike Fiers earned the win for Milwaukee, pitching six innings, allowing just two runs on eight hits. Fiers did not issue a walk and struck out six.

The Astros will now head to Atlanta to open up a three-game series against the Braves on Friday.
