The Houston Rockets are trying to hang on to one of the final playoff spots in the Western Conference.
The Houston Rockets begin a crucial home-and-home series with the Denver Nuggets for playoff seeding in the Western Conference.
Houston and Denver enter Sunday's matchup tied with identical 32-27 records. They have split the season series with the road team winning on the opposing team's floor both times.
Houston has dropped back to back games at home against Phoenix and Utah but have played very well on the road and recently swept a four-game road trip including victories in Los Angeles and Chicago. Denver dropped a 103-97 decision to the Lakers on Friday.
