Tampa Bay Buccaneers Injury Report, Week 10: Mike Williams Unable To Practice

Stay connected for news and updates

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers come into Sunday's contest versus the Houston Texans dealing with a slew of injuries, and while the Texans are dealing with their No. 1 wide receiver (Andre Johnson) being out of the lineup, the Bucs streaky offense could suffer mightily without their No. 1 wideout.

That wideout would be Mike Williams, as the Syracuse product was held out of practice on Wednesday due to a thigh injury. Williams sustained the injury in last week's 27-16 loss to the New Orleans Saints. If Williams cannot go, expect second-year pro Arrelious Benn to step up as the No. 1 receiver for Josh Freeman's offense.

Here is the breakout of players participating in practice Wednesday for the Tampa Bay Bucs:

Full participant

Jeremy Zuttah (knee)

Did not practice

DT Frank Okam (calf)

WR Mike Williams (thigh)

Tanard Jackson (hamstring)
