Texans Vs. Bengals Final Score: T.J. Yates Leads Houston Past Cincinnati 20-19

Third string quarterback Tyler Yates rallied the Houston Texans from a nine point deficit in the fourth quarter to a 20-19 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Yates found Kevin Walter over the middle for the go-ahead touchdown with just two seconds remaining to give the Texans their seventh straight win. Houston's win combined with Tennessee's loss to New Orleans clinches the AFC South division for the Texans

Cincinnati took a 19-10 lead with 2:07 remaining in the third quarter on a Mike Nugent 28 yard field goal. Yates and the Texans went back to work in the fourth quarter scoring first on a 33 yard Neil Rackers field goal before Yates sealed the victory with his heroics in the final seconds.

With the Houston running game sputtering, the Texans turned to Yates who finished 26 of 44 for an even 300 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Ben Tate led the way on the ground finishing with 67 yards on eight carries. Arian Foster had just 41 yards on 15 carries. Both Tate and Foster lost fumbles in the game. Owen Daniels was Yates favorite target catching seven passes for 100 yards.

Rookie quarterback Andy Dalton threw for 189 yards and a touchdown in the loss. Cedric Benson finished with 91 yards on the ground while rookie wide receiver A.J. Green finished with five catches for 59 yards.
