As they host the Jaguars, the Texans are Week 11's big favorites.
After a hard-fought road win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday night, the Houston Texans return home to host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, and they're heavy favorites.
According to OddsShark, the Texas opened the week as 16-point favorites over the one-win Jaguars, and the line has since bumped up even more to 16½ points. The over/under point total for the contest started at 42½ and since has dropped to 40½. In the last six meetings between Houston and Jacksonville, the point total has went under four times.
Since their only defeat of the season, a 42-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 6, the Texans have won three straight contests over the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills and in last week's contest, the Bears.
Jacksonville hasn't won since Week 3, when they defeated the Indianapolis Colts, 22-17. Last week they lost to those same Colts, 27-10, at home. In Jacksonville's last six road games, four of them have seen the point total go over the set number.
