NFL Injury Report: No major injuries in Week 9 for Texans

Stay connected for news and updates

The Houston Texans beat up on the Buffalo Bills both physically and on the scoreboard during their 21-9 win in Week 9 NFL action. While the Bills ended up with a bloated list of injured players after losing the game, the Texans escaped mostly unscathed on the injury report when it came to new additions.

Two players did leave the game against the Bills with injuries: nose tackle Shaun Cody left with bruised ribs and cornerback Johnathan Joseph was pulled with a sprained wrist. Neither injury was serious in the end, and both players ended up returning to the field before the game ended.

The only player who was listed as "out" on the official Texans injury report before the game was Ben Tate, while the Bills had a large list of probables. One of them was Quintin Demps, who got his first appearance in about a month on the field while wearing a protective cast to help with his thumb/forearm injury.
