Schaub also will sit out next weeks mini-camp along with multiple veterans to allow rookies and new players to get a feel for the playbook.

Sitting out these past OTAs were just precautionary as Schaub said that he is 100 percent and could have been on the field participating with his teammates. More importantly Schaub will be good to go once training camp open up in July, but at these OTAs and mini-camps Schaub has been an observer.

Schaub did like what he saw from his teammates during the practice sessions:

"I thought that was good work by everybody," he said. "I think everyone got better, improved on what we were trying to work on, we're ready to take the next step to training camp and get ready to go for the season."
