Stay connected for news and updates

Cut down day in the NFL is here and the Houston Texans have announced what players were not part of their 53-man roster. There were 20 players who the Texans either let go or placed on injured reserved in order to get their roster down to size.

Here are the players who are not part of the Texans 53-man roster:

TE Logan Brock
DE Keith Browner
OLB D.J. Bryant
NT Hebron Fangupo
DE David Hunter
WR Juaquin Iglesias
OLB Delano Johnson
QB Case Keenum
DE Mitch King
ILB Shawn Loiseau
WR Jeff Maehl
OLB Rennie Moore
FS Troy Nolan
FB Moran Norris
SS Eddie Pleasant
TE Phillip Supernaw
C Cody Wallace
C Cody White
WR Jerrell Jackson
LT Rashad Butler

By no means is this going to be the team's opening day roster though, as the Texans may make more moves during the waivers process and could even possibly get one of the players they let go on Friday and add them to their practice squad.
