The Texans will look to expand their AFC South lead on Sunday when they take on the Jaguars.
After rolling through the Miami Dolphins, 30-10, in Week 1, the Houston Texans are the sole team atop the AFC South standings. With the Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans each losing their Week 1 games, the Texans have a head start on winning the division they're heavily favored to dominate.
They can attempt to expand that lead when they travel to Jacksonville, FL to play their first divisional game of the season against the Jaguars. Despite a strong showing from a vastly improved Blaine Gabbert, offensive line injuries and a late defensive collapse led to an opening game loss for the Jaguars against the Vikings.
While the Texans should be missing Antonio Smith in Week 2, the Jaguars will likely be missing much more key contributors including linebacker Daryl Smith and running back Rashad Jennings on Sunday.
Television coverage for the game will begin at 12 p.m. CT on CBS. Check the TV maps here to see if the game will be shown on your local CBS affiliate.
