Missouri Vs. Texas A&M Final Score: Tigers 38, Aggies 31 In Overtime

The Missouri Tigers held the Texas A&M Aggies to three points in the second half and made a key defensive stop in overtime to secure a 38-31 comeback victory in College Station over the No. 16 ranked team in the nation.

After a scoreless third quarter, the Tigers put two touchdowns on the board by running the ball on the Aggies. An 8-yard run by quarterback James Franklin (his second of the day) brought the Tigers to within four points, 28-24. Then Henry Josey scored on an eleven yard run through the teeth of the Aggies defense to put the Tigers ahead, 31-28.

The Aggies weren't done yet, as Ryan Tannehill drove Texas A&M on an 11-play, 56-yard drive to put their  field goal kicker Randy Bullock in position to tie the game. Bullock's 35-yard field goal put the game at 31-31 and into overtime.

In overtime, the Tigers offense continued to roll. Franklin found Marcus Lucas in the endzone to give the Tigers a 38-31 lead. From there, the Tigers defense stepped up one more time as Tannehill dropped back on fourth down and his pass was deflected at the line of scrimmage, locking in the comeback win. Tannehill's performance was exemplary, scoring all four tochdowns for the Aggies in defeat.

Josey and Franklin combined for 44 rushes and 255 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
