Texas A&M's Joe Villavisencio Dies: Details Emerge Regarding Fatal Traffic Accident

Details are emerging regarding the death of Texas A&M offensive lineman Joe Villavisencio, who was killed in a car accident Thursday.

According to KWTX TV, Villavisencio, 22, was driving northbound on FM 39 near the town of Normangee, Texas when he swerved to avoid an object in the road. Villavisencio's vehicle hit an 18-wheeler driving southbound, killing Villavisencio. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.

Villavisencio was a radiological health engineering major.
