Stay connected for news and updates

The shutout is over, but the Texas A&M Aggies still enter the fourth quarter against the Mississippi St. Bulldogs up by 24 points, 31-7.

The Aggies added another Christine Michael touchdown run with 12:40 remaining in the third quarter to give them a 31-0 lead. Michael has two rushing touchdowns on the day on just eight carries.

The Bulldogs answered by getting on the board for the first time with a 14-yard touchdown pass to Chad Bumphis. They were able to stop Aggies quarterback Johnny Manziel from scoring with 3:49 remaining in the quarter as he fumbled at the edge of the endzone while stretching for the score.

But Manziel is still dominating the game with 238 yards on 25-for-31 passing and 120 yards rushing and a touchdown on 18 carries.

The Aggies got the ball back on an interception by De'Vante Harris late in the third quarter that halted another Bulldogs drive.
