Texas A&M Vs. Iowa State Final Score: Aggies Offense Sputters In 69-46 Loss To Cyclones

This is the fourth loss in a row and six of their last eight for the Texas A&M Aggies, and Saturday's 69-46 loss to the Iowa St. Cyclones was not even close. Texas A&M's offense was no where to be found in this game and only starting forward David Loubeau was able to score in double figures, and he only had 10 points.

On the day Texas A&M shot only 36 percent from the field and they tried to comeback in this game with the three-point shot but that was unsuccessful as they shot five of 19.

Iowa State was able to blow out Texas A&M due to their three-point shooting as they went 10 of 28, and half of those made three-pointers came from Chris Allen who also scored a game-high 25 points.

This performance by Texas A&M was possibly their second worst of the season as the 46 points was a season low and the 13 point difference was their third largest defeat. The other performance that was worse was the last time Texas A&M played Iowa State where they lost 74-50.

Texas A&M has no players in double figures and Elston Turner and David Loubeauis are leading the way with six first half points. Neither team is shooting well as both teams are shooting in the 30 percent range, but Iowa State has been able to make five more three throws and four more three-pointers to have a double-digit lead.

Iowa State is led in scoring by Chris Allen who has scored 14 points and is shooting 50 percent from the field and has made a pair of three-pointers.
