Texas A&M had two second half runs to make the game close but they were unable to catch Missouri.
The Texas A&M Aggies did get Khris Middleton back in the starting lineup against the No. 3 ranked Missouri Tigers and led Texas A&M in scoring with 15 points, but it was not enough as they lost 71-62. In the second half Texas A&M made the game close at two occasions. The first was the start of the second half where Texas A&M made it a 34-32, but Missouri responded by going on a 12-4 run.
Late in the game once again Texas A&M made it close by making it a 65-60 with 1:22 left in the game, but once again Missouri went on to score the next six points to put the game away. Missouri used their free edge to keep Texas A&M from getting to close and they made 17-of-20 compared to Texas A&M who made 9-of-10.
The loss drops Texas A&M to 4-10 in Big 12 play and 13-13 overall.
