Texans Week Eight Vs. Colts: Are The Texans Ready For Primetime?

After thrashing the bye week 73-0 in a savage display of raw human emotion, the Texans (4-2) will take on the Colts (4-2) in a riveting game of pigskin live from Indianapolis. Duane Brown will return to the field and try to keep Dwight Freeney off Matt Schaub...or at least block Dwight Freeney five yards downfield and out of the way of Arian Foster. The game takes place on Monday Night Football, and as such will happen at 7:30 PM CT, to be broadcast on ESPN. Your usual suspects will pick up the radio: Sports Radio 610 AM, 100.3 KILT FM and La Tremenda 1010 AM if you prefer Spanish.

The Colts will be playing your figurative wounded duck role, as they come in without Bob Sanders, Melvin Bullitt, Joseph Addai, Austin Collie and Dallas Clark. They also may be without the services of Anthony Gonzalez. Either way, I trust you don't feel a lot of pity for them as you are likely a Houston fan, right? Good. I don't either. They are also 4-2 and are fresh off a narrow escape at Washington that was reminiscent of the Texans own win there. As well as a bye week of their own.
