After barely surviving in Oakland, the Texans (3-1) will take on the Giants (2-2) in a game that harrows doom for them as Brian Cushing looks to pack 16 weeks of punishment into 12 weeks. This will be a home game, and a wonderful chance to test that new tailgating policy; I'll let you guys be the guinea pigs on that one. 12 PM CT kickoff, and sadly it will be on FOX, although thankfully we'll be avoiding Joe Buck and Troy Aikman this week as the game will draw FOX's B Team of Kenny Albert, Darryl Johnston, and *sigh* Tony Siragusa. As usual, Sports Radio 610 AM, 100.3 KILT FM, OR La Tremenda 1010 AM will be your local choices should you need to bust out the radio.
The Giants are fresh off a primetime deconstruction of Jay Cutler and the Bears offensive line. The Texans have had problems keeping Matt Schaub clean this season, as they've allowed him to be sacked eleven times in four games. Look for that and the return of this Brian Cushing guy to be the main storylines. Oh, and there is also the question of if this Andre Johnson character will suit up and play; I hear he's pretty good at the pigskin.
The Texans enter as 3.5 point favorites on the Giants, identical to how much they were favored by last week against the Raiders.
