Astros Able To Hold Off Late Rockies Rally For 5-4 Victory

Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Humberto Quintero went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and knocked in two, as the Houston Astros held on for a 5-4 win over the Colorado Rockies in the finale of a four-game series at Coors Field.

Tommy Manzella added a two-run single and finished with three RBI for Houston, which took the final three games of the set and have won eight of 10 overall.

Roy Oswalt (4-8) was sensational over seven innings. The right-hander, who improved to 4-0 in five career starts at Coors Field, gave up two runs on four hits, struck out nine and walked two. Brandon Lyon picked up his first save of the season with a 1-2-3 ninth inning.

Troy Tulowitzki had a pair of hits with an RBI and run scored for the Rockies, who have dropped six of their last eight.

Jhoulys Chacin (3-5) lasted six innings, allowing five runs -- four earned -- on four hits with three walks and fanned eight.
