Yesterday, MLS All-Star Assistant Coach (and Houston Dynamo Head Coach), Dominic Kinnear, sat down with Manchester United Manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, to discuss the upcoming MLS All Star Game and the progress that Major League Soccer is making both as a league and in the growth of the game in the United States.

The two coaches were joined by Nick Rimando, Guillermo Barros Schelotto, who both are members of the MLS All-Star team, and Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs, and new signing Chris Smalling.

The conference is long, but gives some gems in terms of quotes and sound bites. My favorite line is towards the end where Sir Alex says that he'll sell Javier "Chicharito" Hernadez back to Chivas Guadalajara if he scores against Manchester United when they play in Mexico later this week. In case you didn't know, Chicharito will play one half of that friendly for his former club and the other half for his new club.
