In a sad day for undrafted free agent mancrushes everywhere, undrafted rookie fullback Jack Corcoran has caught on with Tennessee's practice squad.
↵↵↵The Tennessee Titans signed Atlantic City native and St. Joseph High School graduate Jack Corcoran to their practice squad this week.
↵The 6-foot-1, 230-pound fullback from Rutgers University was not drafted this year, but signed a free-agent deal with the Houston Texans this summer.
↵
The Texans released Corcoran when they trimmed their roster to 53 players before the first game of the season.
Corcoran joins another player with local ties on the Titans' practice squad -- Galloway Township native and safety Myron Rolle.
At one point, I thought that Corcoran would have a chance to unseat Vonta Leach as the starter with a good training camp. This explains why I am writing about football instead of working in a front office, I suppose. At any rate, good luck to Jack. Well, not really. But you know what I mean.
