Delino Deshields Jr., the Astros top draft choice in 2010, was charged last weekend with a DUI. Now, reports are surfacing that another Astro, and another first-round draft pick, is in legal trouble.
Cesar Carrillo, a 2005 first round pick of the Padres, was picked up by Ed Wade and co. this past September. But the 26-year-old Carrillo was picked up by cops this Saturday.
Carrillo was told to leave the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Tampa, but did not do cooperate. It has not been reported as to why Carrillo was asked to leave.
Carrillo has yet to play a game with the Astros.
