Two starters on the Jacksonville Jaguars defensive line were unable to practice on Wednesday. Jaguars' defensive tackle Terrance Knighton, who missed his first two games of his career with an ankle injury, was unable to practice on Wednesday. Jaguars defensive end Matt Roth was held out of practice due to suffering a concussion in last week's game versus the Browns.
The Jaguars will need all hands on deck as the Texans bring the league's 2nd ranked rushing attack to do battle against.
