After missing six games since injuring his hamstring on Oct. 2 against Pittsburgh, WR Andre Johnson is expected to return to action for Houston Sunday against Jacksonville:
ClaytonESPN John ClaytonWR Julio Jones, Andre Johnson and Stevie Johnson are probable and will play Sunday.
With backup QB Matt Leinart making his first NFL start since 2009, Johnson's return couldn't have come at a better time for the Texans.
Leinart was never known for his arm strength at USC or for the Cardinals, so Johnson's 6'3 226 frame could bail him out on third downs while his ability to break tackles could give Houston a big-play element in their short passing game.
Despite playing in only four games, Johnson has still been one of the Texans' most productive WR's this season, as Matt Schaub focused on Houston's RB's and TE's in the passing game in Johnson's absence.
