According to numberFire.com, its not a great week for fantasy running backs but Houston's Arian Foster is rated as the best start in Week 15. Foster is the No. 1 rated running back this week according to numberFire and checks in at No. 18 in the overall standings.
Rookie quarterback T.J. Yates has stepped in to the starting position for the Texans and made plays in last week's come-from behind win over the Bengals. That is important for Foster's fantasy owners because teams won't be able to crowd the line of scrimmage in an effort to slow down Foster. Cincinnati held Foster to 41 yards on 15 carries and no touchdowns.
Prior to last week, Foster had scored a touchdown in six straight games. This will be his first career match up against the Carolina Panthers. Foster needs just 43 yards to top the 1,000 yard mark for the second consecutive season.
