While the entire NBA culture reacts to the tumultuous veto by Commissioner David Stern of the proposed three-team trade that would send Pau Gasol to the Houston Rockets and Chris Paul to the Los Angeles Lakers, the players hanging in the balance of a would-be blockbuster move are still going to work - at their current jobs.
Case in point, Rockets' forward Luis Scola, who would've been / might still might be playing for the New Orleans Hornets, along with current Laker Lamar Odom. For now though, Scola is reporting to Rockets duty as scheduled:
Hope he packed before he left.
