What's On Television Today: February 7th, 2011

What to watch while you're struggling to be a normal human being...

Local
-Houston Rockets @ Denver Nuggets -- 8 PM, Fox Sports Houston -- Daryl Morey's latest plan for getting Carmelo Anthony involves a large suitcase.
-Made -- 3 PM, MTV -- Involves Dynamo players MIke Chabala and Danny Cruz. (hat tip to Dynamo Theory)

NBA
-Minnesota Timberwolves @ New Orleans Hornets -- 7 PM, NBA TV -- Hopefully we get another David Kahn/Chris Webber interview out of this somehow.

NHL
-New York Rangers @ Detroit Red Wings -- 6:30 PM, Versus -- Sure, Eminem is proud of Detroit's cars, but no love for the Red Wings?

NCAA Basketball
-Pittsburgh Panthers @ West Virginia Mountaineers -- 6 PM, ESPN -- It's not SO bad, Steelers fans. Remember your great college basketball team! Your great hockey team! Your terrible baseball team!
-Missouri Tigers @ Kansas Jayhawks -- 8 PM, ESPN -- I hope the Morris twins know how to beat a fullcourt press.
-Tennessee St. Tigers @ Jacksonville St. Gamecocks -- 7 PM, ESPN3.com -- It might be revealed in this game that Jacksonville State is actually a clever ruse to try to get Jacksonville to secede into being a part of South Carolina. You'd hope so, anyway, with that name.
-Norfolk St. Spartans @ Delaware St. Hornets -- 8 PM, ESPNU -- Could Hornets really survive a Delaware winter? Well, their basketball team sure can't! *rimshot*
-Mississippi Valley St. Delta Devils @ Alabama St. Hornets -- 6 PM, ESPNU -- I don't want to say Alabama State's offense is bad, but they might be better off just heaving the ball from midcourt every possession.
-Louisiana Tech Bulldogs @ New Mexico St. Aggies -- 8 PM, ESPN3.com -- Christian Kabongo should easily outpace the Bulldogs. On name alone.
-Manhattan Jaspers @ Iona Gaels -- 6 PM, ESPN3.com -- According to the Pomeroy ratings, this is the worst game to be played today. Yet it gets televised while Cleveland State gets the shaft? Tsk tsk.
