VIDEO: Astros Fan, Presumably Sickened By Team, Hits The Field And Masterfully Eludes Security

By now you may or may not have seen footage of a fan at Friday night's Astros vs. Mets game running across the field, and then doing THE BEST JOB EVER of escaping security. This just keeps getting better and better as the escape goes on. It is quite literally THE most exciting thing that has happened to the Astros, as a result of the Astros, and around the Astros in 2011.

You may hear some noises during this video that you aren't accustomed to hearing at Minute Maid Park. It sounds something like... I don't know. It's like the fans were reacting to something with emotion? Maybe excitement? I don't know, I'm not really familiar with any of that stuff in the context of the hometown nine.

Check out the video after the jump:

Yeah, that's one hell of an escape. If you're watching that and thinking "giving that sort of thing attention is just going to encourage it" then number one - don't forget to take your medication with dinner tonight, and secondly - yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to propagate. The Astros had just coughed up yet another late-game lead, and well - Carlos Lee was at bat. What better way to protest?

Impressive work, sir... and bonus points for keeping your shirt on while doing it.
