Texas A&M gets another chance to take down a ranked team when they travel to take on Kansas. So far this year Texas A&M has faced three ranked teams and have lost them all. The game against Kansas will be a tough one as they are undefeated in Big 12 play with wins over Baylor and Kansas State, both ranked teams.
As for Rice and Houston, conference play is still early and they both have a chance to make some noise and move up within Conference USA this week. Rice gets a shot to take down Memphis who is tied for the league lead with three other teams, but at worst Rice should split this week as they host Tulane who is 1-4 in league play. Houston plays once this week and they are hosting UTEP who is 3-3 in league play and 10-10 overall, and that game will be a good opportunity for Houston to get a win.
