The Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans play on Sunday in a clash of two AFC powerhouses, but all eyes will be on the comeback of the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs. Suggs' return comes on the heels of the Ravens losing their emotional leader, Ray Lewis, to a season-ending injury.
Suggs will suit up against the Texans just six months after having surgery for a torn Achilles tendon. He frequently told people that he would be back sooner than expected, and that's exactly what he's done. With the Ravens losing Lewis, as well as cornerback Lardarius Webb, the return of Suggs is a welcome boost for a defense that has struggled even with Lewis and Webb on the field.
The Ravens' inactive list for Sunday includes cornerback Asa Jackson, tight end Billy Bajema, offensive lineman Jah Reid, nose tackle Ma'ake Kemoeatu, offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, wide receiver/kick returner Deonte Thompson and running back Bobby Rainey.
The Texans' inactive list for Sunday includes cornerback Roc Carmichael, strong safety Quintin Demps, offensive tackle Andrew Gardner, offensive guard Cody White, defensive end David Hunter, offensive guard Brandon Brooks and linebacker Barrett Ruud.
