With their biggest rival LSU deposed, King Tide looks to roll Texas A&M on their path to an SEC championship. But the Aggies won't go down easy, with quarterback Johnny Manziel leading a wickedly balanced offensive attack against the nation's best defense.
While the Aggies are accustomed to shootouts - 59-57 over Louisiana Tech and 63-21 over Auburn - Texas A&M will have their biggest test against an Alabama team that yet to allow more than 17 points in a single game. Manziel, who has 16 passing touchdowns and 15 more rushing, will have to wade through the muck that the Tide are certain to throw at the freshman. Behind Manziel, the Aggies produce almost 560 yards per game, good for third in the naton.
With a cupcake schedule going forward, this will be the last chance for A&M to make a serious impression in the BCS standings, where they currently sit at No. 15. A strong performance even in defeat would do wonders for the Aggies' BCS bowl chances, as they look to leapfrog conference mates Florida, LSU, and South Carolina.
