The LSU Tigers still have a slim chance to reach the SEC Championship game, and need to defeat the Arkansas Razorbacks on Friday to keep those hopes alive.
LSU needs to beat Arkansas in Fayetteville on Friday, and then needs help to reach the title game. The Auburn Tigers need to defeat the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Iron Bowl and the Texas A&M Aggies need to win against the Missouri Tigers to set up a rematch of last season's title game against the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Razorbacks have struggled to live up to expectations this season, as they are currently 4-7 on the year and eliminated from bowl contention. Arkansas fired head coach Bobby Petrino after a scandal involving an adulterous relationship with a staff member in the athletic department and has yet to recover from the controversy.
Razorbacks' quarterback Tyler Wilson is still a dangerous opponent, and only needs 88 yards to become the all-time passer in Arkansas school history.
