College Football Rankings, Week 11: LSU drops to No. 9, Texas A&M moves up to No. 14

The latest USA Today Coaches Poll saw a few teams from the SEC moving up and down the rankings.

The Week 11 USA Today Coaches Poll is out, and Alabama retained all 59 first-place votes despite a close call against the LSU Tigers. With the loss, LSU fell from the No. 5 spot down to No. 9.

Texas A&M had a better weekend than LSU, as the Aggies easily dispatched then-No. 18 Mississippi State and jumped two spots to No. 14 in the latest polls. Mississippi State fell all the way down to No. 23.

As for the rest of the SEC, Georgia moved up one spot to No. 5. Florida, who squeaked past Missouri, also moved up in the polls to No. 7. South Carolina was idle, and remained at No. 11.
