The spread is even as two 7-1 teams square off in Chicago.

This is the sort of game that will determine AFC vsersus NFC supremacy for NFL bookmakers and power rankers. With both teams dominant through Week 9, Sunday night's prime-time game is a pick-em.

The Bears are coming off a 51-20 assault of the Tennessee Titans, a game where their defense and special teams both looked like the class of the NFL. The Texans are two weeks removed from a similar game against the Ravens, where they moved the ball at will and finished the game 43-13.

The Texans have more signature wins, with victories (and covers) over Denver, Miami and Baltimore. The Bears have beat up on bad opponents, but have been friendly against the spread, posting a 5-2-1 record against it. Both teams were manhandled by the Packers, but have been perfect against the rest of the league.

While both teams can produce fireworks on offense, this game will come down to whose defense makes big plays. And with a total of 41, look for a low-scoring affair that heavily involves the ground game. Arian Foster and Matt Forte have been workhorses for their teams, and have paid dividends in clock control.
