For most of the pre-draft season, the Houston Texans have been linked to Baylor WR Kendall Wright with the No. 26 pick in the first round, a trend that continues in the latest mock draft from the National Football Post:

26. Houston Texans: Baylor WR Kendall Wright
Wright might be the draft's top vertical threat and has the ability to open up a lot of options for the Texans offense down the field.

Wright's ability to stretch the field was a crucial part of Robert Griffin III's Heisman winning season while the Texans lack of a solid No. 2 next to Andre Johnson was exposed when the All-Pro WR went down with a hamstring injury early last season.

In the last few weeks, Notre Dame's Michael Floyd has streaked past Wright, as both he and Oklahoma State WR Justin Blackmon are now being projected as top-10 picks.

That leaves Wright battling with Georgia Tech WR Stephen Hill, who the Post has going at No. 30, for the No. 3 WR spot on most NFL draft boards.
