With two conferences series remaining, the Houston Cougars baseball team is looking for a strong finish as they begin a seven-game homestand with three games against Tulane at Cougar Field.

The Cougars (16-28-1 overall, 4-13-1 C-USA) lost two of three games at first-place Rice last weekend. Houston sits in eighth place of nine teams in the Conference USA standings, while Tulane (33-16, 10-8) is in fourth place after sweeping Southern Miss last weekend.
