LSU Vs. Ole Miss Baseball: Series Preview, TV Info And More

Fourth-ranked LSU Tigers begin a three-game conference series versus No. 24 Ole Miss.

The LSU Tigers baseball team (36-10, 14-7 SEC), ranked No. 4 in the nation, begins a three-game conference series against No. 24 Ole Miss (30-16, 10-11 SEC) at 6:30 p.m. CT Friday at Swayze Field.

The Tigers are in a first-place tie with Kentucky and South Carolina in the overall SEC standings, and they have a three-game lead over Arkansas in the SEC Western Division race. Ole Miss is four games behind LSU, tied for third in the West.

The LSU pitching staff ranks fifth in the SEC with a 3.20 ERA while Ole Miss is sixth with a 3.32 ERA. The Tigers lead the league in strikeouts with 421.

Dates: Game 1 - Friday, 6:30 p.m. CT ; Game 2 - Saturday, 2 p.m. CT ; Game 3 - Sunday, 1:30 p.m. CT
